Minecraft 1.20.1
A mostly vanilla experience with a handfull of helpful and grind-reducing mods installed.
    Required Files:
  • Forge Installer - page
  • Server Modpack - zip
  • Mod files are installed under %appdata%/.minecraft/mods/

This server is available for close friends. Contact an admin to be whitelisted.



To install forge on your machine
  • Download the version of forge indicated above
  • Open a command prompt (usually click start, type cmd, hit enter)
  • Launch Forge installer via the following command
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher\runtime\jre-x64\bin\java.exe" -jar "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Downloads\forge-1.15.2-31.2.0-installer.jar"
    OK To run as administrator if required. (Note you may need to edit this path depending on your particular setup)
  • Follow the installer's menu's to install a client-side copy of Forge
To install mods on your machine
  • Download the server modpack indicated above
  • Go to your %appdata%/.minecraft/ folder
  • Open the zip file and copy the mods folder to the %appdata%/.minecraft folder you opened
To setup minecraft for our server
  • run Minecraft Lancher
  • At the bottom, make sure forge is selected for the correct version
  • Click Play (it will take longer to load than normal)
  • Click Multiplayer
  • If you have not added the server to your list ...
    • click Add Server
    • Type in the server name : minecraft.cattech.org
    • Type in the server address : 31987
    • Click Done
  • Double Click the Server
